you can use EIM indeed, to be concrete, just go to TOAD select all the EIM tables, confirm the IF_ROW_STAT also: FOR_IMPORT, then in Putty you can use the following commamds: according to your project details.In my case I will use.
PNM_INSERT_CLIENT_TEST.ksh
PNM_MIGRATION_ALL.ksh.

//Maybe an EIM export from one environment, export it to a CSV file, import it to another environment's EIM tables and EIM import to another environment will work?
Better solution will be ADM if between environment ports are opened.
